DESCRIPTION:PENGENALAN\nRamai pegawai dalam mana-mana organisasi mengambil mudah mengenai kepentingan dokumen seperti surat rasmi\, memo dan emel. Namun apabila diberikan tugasan bagi menyediakan dokumen berkenaan\, hasilnya kadangkala tidak seperti yang dijangkakan. Realitinya\, dokumen mudah ini membawa beban berat sebagai wakil organisasi dalam proses komunikasi tulisan. \nOleh yang demikian\, kemahiran penyediaan dokumen rasmi pengurusan yang \nberkesan adalah kemahiran penting bukan sahaja bagi pegawai sokongan bahkan pegawai di peringkat atasan juga. Kemahiran ini wajar dikuasai oleh semua bagi menjamin kecekapan proses kerja\, penjimatan masa dan tenaga\, serta penampilan imej professionalisme organisasi. \nKertas cadangan ini memperincikan cadangan bagi bengkel penulisan dokumen \nrasmi pengurusan melibatkan dokumen surat rasmi\, memo dan\, emel rasmi. Ketiga-tiga dokumen ini adalah instrumen utama dalam proses komunikasi bertulis dalam organisasi. \nDengan memahami apa yang menyebabkan sesuatu mesyuarat biasa tidak berkesan atau hanya satu aktiviti yang membuang masa – maka adalah penting untuk mengetahui apakah ciri-ciri utama suatu mesyuarat yang berjaya – supaya strategi yang positif dapat diambil bagi memastikan keberkesanannya. \nMasalah juga sering dihadapi apabila seseorang cuba menulis minit sesuatu mesyuarat dengan baik dan berkesan. Banyak kekeliruan timbul berkenaan dengan APA yang perlu ditulis dan BAGAIMANA untuk menghasilkan satu minit yang baik dan berkesan. \nModul ini telah disusun untuk membincangkan topik ini secara khusus untuk melatih para peserta beberapa kaedah mudah untuk menulis memo\, e-mel\, surat rasmi\, dan menangani kekeliruan yang biasa dihadapi apabila cuba menulis minit mesyuarat – melalui pendekatan bengkel “hands-on”.
