By doing so\, they may be able to\, amongst others: \n\nIncrease productivity at work\nImprove communication within their departments as well as externally\nHelp themselves to improve their own career opportunities in the organization\n\n  \nGrammar components have been included in this programme.  This is simply because it has been found that lack of knowledge of grammar is why many are unable to construct proper sentences.  Some grammar rules are like a formula that can be learned and applied repeatedly.  This can be easily taught.
